Registration
To register and pay, follow these steps:
1. Fill out and submit the online registration form below.
2. Download and print the waiver form.
3. Mail the waiver form and payment (by cash or cheque) to:

Waiver and payment may also be submitted in-person to Patrick Suen or Hanna Ikeda-Suen. You will receive a confirmation by email upon receipt of your waiver AND payment.
Payment
Fees for each day will include lunch.
- Payment by cheque: Please make them payable to "Patrick Suen"
- Non-Canadians: Payment is only accepted in CDN and USD. Conversion will be 1:1
- Cancellations/Refunds: Cancellations will only be accepted prior to September 1. If payment was made by cheque, it will be ripped up. If payment was by cash, it will be return mailed to you minus the necessary postage. Alternatively, you may arrange for an in-person refund at a later date.
